Privacy policy

This policy explains how GigEncore Inc ("we"), publisher of GigEncore, handles personal data. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

GigEncore has no user accounts, no comment forms, no analytics cookies and no advertising trackers. We do not set cookies ourselves.

Hosting. The site is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical data needed to serve and protect it, such as IP address, browser type and request logs. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Fonts and assets are served from our own domain; loading a page does not send your data to third parties.

Email. If you write to us, we use your email and message only to reply, and keep them no longer than needed for that.

My gigs. Shows you mark with "I'm going" are saved only in your browser's storage on this device. We never receive or store that list.

Your location. The "Nearest to me" button asks your browser for your location and works out distances on your device. Your location is never sent to us or stored.

Music previews. Some pages offer a Spotify player. Nothing is loaded from Spotify until you press play; after that, Spotify's privacy policy applies.

Links to other websites

When you follow a link to Ticketmaster, a hotel or experience partner, Google Maps or another site, that site's privacy policy applies. Affiliate partners may set cookies on their own sites to record that you came from GigEncore; see our affiliate disclosure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Write to [email protected].

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top.
